There were so many over the years at the morgue, I don’t even know if we should talk about it, it may be a little dull.

Most don’t die. They are disabled for life.

Two causes of death: impact or, more uncommonly, electrocution. Jumping from the platform onto the rails. But no one talks about it much. They were often disfigured. They didn’t always have time to hit the ground.

People still don’t talk about it, they say not to talk about it so as not to give anyone ideas, give them that little something they were missing to do it themselves. That’s what people say.
